Step 1:
Provide your first/last name and full shipping address. This will be used for your replacement shipment. 

Step 2:
Provide product model number. 
Model numbers are located on packaging as well as on the product itself.  If you are using a Bluetooth device, the model number will appear when pairing your device. (Examples of what a model number looks like: BT200, HM120, HO210, IC110, etc.)

Step 3:
Describe the issue with your product.

Step 4:
Upload a proof of purchase. This is typically a picture of a receipt showing purchase date and location.

Step 5:
Upload a 1-3 clear images of damage or issue. 

Step 6:
Send us the message and we will contact you shortly.
