warranty Policy

All sentry products are warranted for a specific period of time. Terms of warranty are dependent on the type of product and its intended use. Many of our products are warranted for a year, some for 90 days (items intended for institutional or correctional use are warranted for 30 days).

 

Please refer to the warranty policy included with your specific product for the exact terms and conditions.

 

Defective product will be replaced at our discretion if returned within the specified period of time indicated in the terms and conditions of the warranty included with your product. Sentry’s warranty and return policy does not cover defects resulting from accidental damage or misuse.

 

Products may be returned to an authorized Sentry dealer or to Sentry directly at: PO Box 885, One Bridge Street, Hillburn, NY 10931-0885.

 

Please enclose a $5 check for return shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply to customers who reside outside of North America. Please contact a Sentry representative for additional information. 

 

Sentry warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for from the date of original purchase. The duration of the warranty is indicated on the packaging and/or user manual included with your product. This warranty does not pertain to damage resulting from accident, abnormal use, misuse or neglect.
